Dinner fun with a typical swiss cheese Fondue. We will start with Aperitif and a brief overview of the local viticulture region, followed by a guided tasting of 3 different local white wines that will accompany the dinner. Consuetudinary, we will serve a „Kirsch“ spirit and explain how and where its made. The informal dinner closes with typical appenzell sweets: ginderbread mousse with marzipan on a plum ragout – coffee included.
