Dinner fun with sliced tender beef-, veal- pig- and chicken meat, broiled on skewers in hot beef stock. We will serve the soup refined with Sherry and noodles upon finishing. The evening starts with an Aperitif and a short introduction to the viticulture region of Rhine Valley, followed by a guided tasting of 3 local red wines that will accompany the dinner. To close the main course, you guest will get a local grape brandy, followed by a traditional „Appenzell“ dessert: Bilberry ragout with vanilla icecream – coffee is included.
